Our mission is to promote individual and community wellness in Charleston and the Lowcountry. We provide high-quality professional massage therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. We also sponsor workshops and events on healthy living and sustainable practices and we host community yoga classes.
Honor and Respect
Oné Respé (pronounced Oh-Nay Res-Pay) means “honor” and “respect” in Haitian Creole. A heartfelt greeting shared between two people, one person states, “I honor you,” while the other replies, “I, too, respect you.” Honoring and respecting body, mind, and spirit are valuable guiding principles in life.
