I have always been intrigued by yoga but was apprehensive to try it.  After a massage the other week, I met two yoga instructors, Teresa and Audrey.  I asked lots of questions and they were happy to answer all of them.  Their warmth and friendliness convinced me to give it a try.  I now go to every yoga class I can schedule!  All of the staff and instructors are friendly and supportive and I’m greeted by name as I walk in the door!  I’ve met four of the yoga instructors and truly enjoy each of them.  The classes are small and personal, and I’ve even had some one-on-one instruction!  I always feel comfortable and part of the community.  The energy in the class is positive and I look forward to every visit.

Abigail’s amazing deep tissue massages have made it possible for me to recover from a car accident, Paulette’s flowing sessions are incredibly restorative, and the beautiful space certainly provides a peaceful environment in which to recharge. Moreover, I really respect these women for their sliding scale program, which makes massage and holistic interventions accessible to a wider range of people. I can’t praise the therapists, the studio, or the practice’s philosophy enough!

I had an appointment there earlier this week and LOVED it!

This place is right behind the Remedy Market, which is my recent obsession, and is extremely clean and cozy. The room in which I was massaged was a little cool, but the heated massage table absolutely made up for it (I was beginning to try and plot ways to make sleeping there forever a reasonable request).

Abigail obviously knows what she’s doing. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and knew where to work and release the knots that had been hanging out on my back. I felt so comfortable and at peace in the room, and was pretty sad once the massage was over… Getting out of the warmth of the massage table was tough.

I am looking forward to beginning acupuncture there, which is on a sliding scale.. So excited to come back!
